NYE weekend get away
Absolutely perfect! Close to so many things to do. House was so group friendly and the host is so accommodating Will be sure to keep this listing in mind to come and stay again.

Enjoyed the large bedrooms and big beds
Girls trip! 6 ladies enjoyed the stay. Being new to traveling together we really appreciated the 6 bedrooms and was the main reason we picked this location. We loved taking the boat ride to the island. Our “tour guide” couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. We enjoyed the large dining table where we could gather. The town was super quaint. What we would have liked to see is some basic staples in the house. It lacked simple things like a pen and paper, a welcome book with some basic knowledge of the house and town, deck of cards, minor toiletries, coffee filters, salt and pepper, sugar for coffee, some newer pans to cook with. I just think having some small touches would go a long way. The description had some discrepancies and the floors were very wavy and uneven. Other than those suggestions, we were happy with our stay and would recommend.

Awesome place for a private gathering!
Rented this house for a family reunion party and had an excellent stay here. So nice being able to fit everyone with all the beds they had as well as enough sitting room. It was a beautiful property, all fully renovated, and right on the water with amazing views. We also were surprised how private and quiet it was there. Everything went very smoothly from check-in onward. When we needed some additional fire wood the owner had someone bring it over immediately which was perfect. The owners were lovely and we would definitely stay here again!

Stonington stay, enjoyed Mystic
We enjoyed the house in Stonington, which has clearly been renovated recently. The description that is posted for the inside of the house is accurate. The location is quite close to Mystic where there is a lot to do and our extended family enjoyed exploring the area. We did encounter two issues during our stay. First, we had an air conditioning issue and contacted the manager at 8 pm asking for assistance, and did not receive a response until the next day. Once the issue was addressed, the AC worked great. Second, we were not aware until we arrived that construction was being done on the property. Though the workers were not present during the weekend when we stayed at the home, we did see evidence of the construction and materials were left onsite (ie, wood scraps with nails in the fire pit). After voicing our concerns, the owner was very responsive and granted us a partial refund. Excepting for the above issues, our stay was lovely.

Perfect way to ring in the New Year!
Beautiful home with view of the water. Plenty of space to enjoy time together with friends. Very clean with numerous amenities, great kitchen, and bedrooms. We enjoyed the deck and patio. Highly recommend.

Perfect house for a family celebration!
Great property for our family celebration! Plenty of room for all 12 to gather, eat and sleep comfortably. We used the paddle boards and kayaks and had plenty of space for the kids to fly kites, play soccer and enjoy s’mores by the fire pit. Great fun fishing for stripers at night with the help of the property manager too! Location was perfect for our trips into Mystic to the Aquarium and Seaport Museum and planetarium, as well as the Oyster Club Cafe, Zest pastries and Nana's Bakery and Pizza ! Even Niantic was just 20 minutes away and made for great fun attending the Niantic Bay Oyster Festival! Tom was great to work with and we were overjoyed to find this house on the water to bring together our families from Maine, NH and Long Island!

Greg communication. Tom was always available and their house manager greeted us and got us wood for the outdoor fire pit!! Everything they said they had was available!!

The house was very nice and clean
The house was very nice and perfect for a family gathering! Fire pit was great. Wood was provided which was convenient. Lake and lake activities were perfect! We have a great time! Owner Tom and James there were so helpful and very sweet. They even brought us oysters and showed us nice places to fish! Definitely recommend!!

A Trip To Remember
What an excellent stay this was. House was awesome! 6 king bedrooms along with two couches and room for a blowup mattress upstairs. Every room had a flatscreen TV and we slept 9 more than comfortably. The deck was awesome as well! MASSIVE table with seating for a village and an outdoor couch as well. We spent a lot of our time surrounding the campfire and roasting s’mores. Firewood was in abundance in which the groundskeepers provided (Louie and Steve). They were more than helpful with our stay. Showed us around and were in quick contact anytime we had a question or needed anything. They even helped show us how to find and catch blue claw crab alongside the dock which ended up being a lot of fun. Down at the dock there was a shed that had everything we needed to take our stay to the next level; paddleboards, kayaks, lawn chairs/an umbrella for the beach and even a tackle box for you fishing folk. We used the Boston Whaler for our stay and it was a straight shot to Sandy Point Beach. One whole day was spent at the beach and we had one heck of a time (beach towels were provided as well). Tom, the owner, even came in and checked on us one of the days to see if we needed anything. He was very welcoming and made sure our stay was one to remember. There are a bunch of good seafood restaurants nearby that we checked out (Breakwater, The Bridge and Dog Watch Cafe). Food delivery services such as DoorDash and Uber Eats were available in the area on the days we didn’t feel like driving anywhere. There was also a grill with plenty of propane that we put to some good use as well. Overall, it was an incredible stay and we can’t speak highly enough of the property. 10/10 recommend! Well done Tom, Louie and Steve!

Fantastic Family Beach Getaway
The beach is so wonderful. It was only 5 minutes away. We rented a small boat for the week, and it was just great. We went back and forth to the beach all the time. On Sunday we had many guests come for a wedding party and the owners took us all by pontoon boat to the beach. It was very fun. The house itself is beautiful. It was immaculate, the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of plates, pots, pans, utensils, and every possible cooking gadget imaginable. The bed linens were clean, soft, and very comfortable. Bathrooms were also very clean. Plenty of space to spread out. The location was central to Mystic, Stonington Borough, and so close to the Vineyard. It has spectacular water views. There are multiple places to gather both inside and out but could have privacy when needed. Plenty of outdoor seating, fire pit, etc. It felt like our own private resort. The house has a cozy comfortable and friendly vibe. There is a small building right next to the boat ramp that had all of the kayaks, SUPS, life jackets, and fishing poles. It was nice being so close to the water. This was the best vacation We ever had!!!!! HIGHLY recommend this House. Great Owners.

Fantastic Property and Experience
Great boat ride on the pontoon boat, so much fun. Took all 22 of us to the beach at once. Dropped us off at 9 AM and we called for a pickup about 3 PM. They came immediately to get us. Beach is pristine. Grounds are huge and beautiful. We used kayaks and SUPs all week. There is a storage building right next to a boat ramp to put them on. It was very easy. Tons of life jackets, beach chairs, umbrellas, everything we needed for the beach. Even a large new Yeti Cooler to use, which was a plus. Was only a few mins by water to the beach. We went by kayak some days also. The house is new- utensils, bedding, towels, everything. Beds were very comfortable and there was strong water pressure in the showers. So close to Mystic and the Stonington Borough. Tons of restaurants. Was only 1 min away from DD for morning coffee, as well as gas stations etc. We rented a small boat and went fishing too which was fun. We had gorgeous weather. The one drawback was that 1 week is not long enough! There was a grounds keeper on premises when we needed more firewood or whatnot. He was great. The huge patio with fire pit was awesome. Also was a massive deck with a table that we could fit all 22 of us at to eat at. The house was decorated nicely and it was very clean. Overall highly recommend.
