”The hotel is new, clean, and spacious. The staff was professional and accommodating. Breakfast was good…the same as most hotels I have patronized. The biggest downfall was that the parking lot was cordoned off as it had recently been paved. Customers had to park in the Panera Bread and/or Movie Theater parking lots. ”First night I was there my door lock ,locked me in the room for 45 mins the phone number was busy the whole time so I couldn't get through. I had a friend come here to go to the desk and get help. Could luck asking for anything with the woman at the desk she is rotten. I go to another room and the mini fridge didn't work then”

”It’s an old motel but it did exceed my expectations. The only issue I had was that there was no body wash in the container on the shower wall labeled body wash. My husband went to the office and was told someone would come in a few minutes but they never showed up. Husband went back to the office and was handed the small plastic tube type of shampoo, conditioner and a few small bars of soap. Good enough, but a little disappointing. ”

”I reserved a room for two with a king size bed non smoking room. We were first put in a room with 1 pillow and a full size bed. Fridge on the floor TV didn't work that was a smoking room . I went back to the desk was told all they had left was a queen size bed. We got moved there and it was worst then the first. Room dirty, no end tables by the bed no outlets to charge our phones, fridge on the floor, tiles missing in the bathroom, toilet seat wasn't even the correct fit. Toilet ran all night...

”This place was so disgusting! Said no smoking room but room stunk with no smoking cover up smell. Getting to the room on the 2nd floor on the gross carpets was gross. And to top it all off the Motel also was a SRO with people living there. Awful we couldn’t stay in it. Take it off your website. ”
