”I had requested a handicap room. They said it was available. I needed hand bars in the bathroom, I couldn’t even get my walker in the bathroom alone shut the door. I couldn’t even take a shower. It was disgusting. When I got there, I was told they didn’t have a handicap, as I was checking out the lady said the handicap room was available, which thoroughly pissed me off. Townspeople aren't supportive or nice. The room was fine, but the only way I could get meals was to order from Walmart/spark in another city, which was pricey. ”We booked online a two-day stay only, because we were not sure about the quality of the hotel. We came from Europe and our flight from Chigago to Des Moines was canceled, so we could not get to this hotel at the first day. I called and they kept our room reserved for us till we arrived, which was really nice. Kids liked the pool a lot. The breakfest was more than we could imagine, and the location was just perfect for us, so we decided to stay a whole week in this hotel. I can warmly recommend...

We booked this particular hotel because we wanted to have the option to have an indoor pool. I called beforehand and asked about the condition of the pool and if if it was open. I was assured that it was. When we got to the Hotel and wanted to use the pool, we were told that the poolPool was closed...

”The hotel was nice with a large refrigerator, dishwasher and sink. Nice space for guests to sit on couch. Only downfall was that we didn’t get maid service on our 2 night stay. We didnt have a tag up saying no room service annd when we came back later in the day, no one had cleaned the room. We did ask for when we got back but it but it was later in the day and they were already gone.”
