”You have to make a phone call for someone to check you in. Breakfast was basically none existent, no staff to help you with anything unless you phone them. Not even hot coffee in the morning”

”Stayed here two nights in June 2026. Safe, clean, older place in a great location. Many dining options within walking distance. Continental breakfast is included and was the norm, cereals, waffles, juices, breads, eggs, sausage, bagels and cream cheese etc. My room had new appearing TV refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. The owner, Mac and desk staff were friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.”

”It was pet friendly. The air conditioning worked great. Very poor maintenance. No chair to sit on in the room. The faucet handle fell off when I turned on the water. No bath mat for the floor. It’s just really old and not been taken care of. Sketchy place. Very glad I had a big dog with me.”

”Very lovely motel style with parking in the front of your room. A lot of attention to charm and tasteful Furniture. Sticking to Western theme which suited this tiny motel well. The price was very reasonable. Loved our quiet day. The host and hostess couldn’t have been nicer. Information was offered without being asked about potential places to eat, and we didn’t need to move the car once while we were there, the best places in town were right within 1-2 block. ”They are in the process of redoing the lobby and other amenities but you could tell it was going to be great. I loved that there were front and back door entrances to the rooms, especially traveling with dogs and kids. Overall I enjoyed the location and pet friendly atmosphere!”

”Rooms are always clean and well-maintained. The staff is above just being friendly but are very helpful and courteous. I never just feel like a number. I have stayed at other hotels & motels in Buffalo, but this is the best, and I will only stay here on future trips. Thank you for such a welcoming place!”
