”This is a very relaxing stay. We came to visit family and intend to stay again. They have everything you need for your stay minutes the food. We spent the vast majority of our time on the front patio relaxing in the shade. We would highly recommend the Holder House! It’s a short 3 miles trip to the boat ramp if that’s your thing and the home owners alike you to park your boat and vehicle inside of their two car garage.”

”I was visiting family in Perry so this was the perfect spot. When we weren’t on the go, we hung out and cooked many meals in the house. The kitchen was large enough for a few cooks and laundry was convenient. I will stay again!”

Overall inside and grounds cleanliness couldn't have been better. Plenty of parking. John our host who is very nearby but not right next to property was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we had a couple of questions about the area. Will be doing it again.”
