”After we checked in at the lodge, we received word of a family matter that needed our attention. I went to the manager and asked if there was a possibility of getting a refund for the night even though we had booked through a third party. ”We had a great stay overall. I guess the only downside was the staff being inattentive. The house keeper was excellent but it was when we went to the pool and the pool bar was closed in late June. Granted there was a sign that said “call this number if pool bar is closed and need service” but we called and left a voicemail and never heard back or had anyone come outside.
