”Nice, private hotel with an upscale feel. However, the college uses it for groups and several of our stays have had very noisy college groups keeping us up late, treating it like a dorm. We will choose another hotel in Belmont as this has happened three different times. ”

”Checked in to the first room and it wasn’t cleaned. Informed staff as they were awesome in fixing the issue. They immediately assigned us a new room and was still able to meet our accommodations. ”

”Arrived at breakfast approximately 20 minutes before it ended. Egg “patties” were burned along edges and sides. Very limited on bread choices. Sausage was gone ( some was brought out when I was ready to leave the area) coffee basically brown water. Toilet floor flange leaked Sink stopper did not work. I reserved a king bed and was put in a queen. Disappointed ”

”As my flight was cancelled just after midnight due to weather, the airline would not provide accommodation. I had to scramble to secure a hotel on my own so booked the red roof inn via expedia. I correctly booked the date I would check in but when I got to the hotel after 1 a.m., was told I could not check in until after 5 a.m. because that was when the property does its audit for the night/day before. Since I had already pre-paid for the room via expedia, I said this was unacceptable. The...

”There is no lock to the bathroom ”

”Room was spotless, the comfort of the bed was amazing; that was actually the best part of this room. I also thought the space and amenities made a huge difference - having a full kitchen, microwave, and fridge just to name a few. My only hiccup was at times the noise level heard through the walls. ”
