”The ground floor room was fine, with easy access to the parking area. The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We would have liked a small fridge and a second opening window as the weather was exceedingly hot, but we appreciated the air conditioning. ”On arrival at 2:45 for 3pm check in we were told by the girl it was £15 for an early check in, at £1 a minute we said no thank you we will sit in the car. We said there was coffee pods in the room but no Coffee machine, she said oh I don’t know, so that was the end of that. Next morning with another guest we were trying to get into the pub area, only to find both doors were locked. The same girl as yesterday eventually opened up and said you should use other door, when we said we did she said...

”The location was easy to find using satnav and the access is very easy. There is ample parking in a quiet location. An unusual feature is that all rhe rooms are purpose built modern units detached from the much older public house part which also houses the restaurant. There is also a beer garden area with some shade. The benefit of this layout is that there are no staircases or lifts to navigate to get to your room. My room was exceptionally large, and my first impression was how cool it felt...
