”We arrived on time for check in 3:00PM, but was informed by manager that my room wasn’t ready due to short staff, staff had a death in the family. The manager said it should be ready in 20 minutes, The time is now 3:25PM. I asked the manager again, was the room ready, she told me, “that the room needed to be inspected. I said did anything happen in the room ? She said,No! after the rooms are clean there policy the rooms need to be inspected. Finally, the room was ready at 3:46. We entered...

”Room was spotless and very nice but shade was broken and wouldn't close so the room was hard to sleep in with the city lights. They offer d to fix it but didn't want someone coming to the room before bed. Amazing location for a show at chubb and wandering the city. Breakfast was pretty terrible- cold eggs, and basically continental. Was hoping for more from a hotel like this. ”

”Room was clean but you could tell it hasn't been DEEP cleaned in a while. Bed was comfy, breakfast was meh, ok if you cant afford to go out and need to save a few bucks. People living on the property. Walls are super thin and talking in the hallway sounds like they were right in our rooms. I couldnt tell if the full hour long conversation in the hall and constant slamming doors was guests, staff, residence, or what. I'd stay here again but only if nothing else was available. ”

”Large, comfortable room and a wide variety of options at breakfast (omelets, sausages, pancakes, yoghurt, fruit, etc). The room has a nice shower with good water pressure, though it took me a while to understand how to turn it on. The main room was a bit dim since there was no ceiling lights, and I closed the curtains as my room was right across the parking lot.”

”The room was not cleaned properly. There were someones clipped fingernails all.over the florr ehich means it wasn’t vacuumed. There were also stains on our blabkets and sheets. I have a 9 month old and was not able to put him on the ground to crawl due to the floor not being vacuumed.”
