"The hotel was booked full and they didn't have enough room keys for everyone. We only got one key at first and were told to come back for the second one later. When we did, we still weren't able to get it and were told to come back the second time. We finally did get the second key in the middle of the night (luckily since we didn't get back at the same time). The service was kinda cold at times but one of the guys was friendly and nice to interact with. Everything was fairly clean in the room. For the money, it was a decent place to crash in!"

"We visited Berlin during recent heat wave. This DoubleTree hotel has an excellent air condition. It was so pleasant to stay at hotel during hottest hours.
The hotel breakfast is excellent. Wifi is fast too. Finally the location is really nice. Metro, train and bus station are near by. There are also plenty of restaurants.

"The room was in pristine condition, very clean and tidy. Bed was really good with a few different pillows, we slept very well.
Great soundproofing, did not hear anything from the other rooms.
At breakfast there could have been a few more vegetarian options, especially warm food, but overall it was good.
Our luggage was delayed from our flight and the staff was very helpful, giving us the necessities we needed for the first night.
