”Although rurally located (this is Scotland) the cottages offer access within 45 mins to many differing attractions. We enjoyed the owners excellent advice on coastal trips, high hill ranges in national park, local walks with loch swims and secluded beaches. The local town of Newton Stewart is classical delightful. Highly recommend. Would’ve liked a separate shower or screen on bath and hot water controls good when mastered. Bed super comfy and fire pit fun. ”

”Great spot for exploring Galloway. Hot tub overlooking the forest, and walks starting straight from the cabin. Wildlife all around. Note that it is attached to another cabin & a farm, so it's not isolated - but we did feel like we had privacy. Otherwise a washing machine could be a good addition. Dave & Becky were very helpful, we'd definitely come back!”

”We stayed 6 Nights and found a cottage with very modern furniture, all you Need in the kitchen, own BBQ Grill Outside including Picnic Area. Allthough Its in the countryside, with a lot of nature around (trees, River, sheep, Cattle, birds and Flowers- you have a stabile wifi Connection. So What ever you seek- you are able to totally relax and disconnect or connect via the net. The Host family is Nice and live also on the ground in case you Need anything. Galloway Forest Park is nearby with walks...
