”Very nice old building (mid 1800s if I recall correctly), different themed rooms. Hostess was wonderful, very welcoming and kind and made us a great breakfast in the morning. Enjoyed our stay, would stay there again if up in that area! ”

”The property is impeccably clean, tidy and maintained. Everything is also very pretty. The upstairs bathroom is shared between the two rooms and has everything you need. Sue and Al are great hosts. Breakfast was delicious. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Patterson theater and 5 minutes more to the festival theater. The walk is very pleasant through the neighborhood and along the river. We would certainly stay there again and can highly recommend it. ”

The breakfasts were very tasty, and the presentation made us feel so special. The only thing that potential guests should know is that the staircase to the guest suite is very narrow and a bit steep. The elderly should know this before booking.”
