Parking was great. Great boutique hotel. They had a cover band downstairs in the bar and we could barely hear them. They way they repurposed this building into a boutique hotel was amazing.”

”Clean rooms, but somewhat dated. Over priced in my opinion. Not really a boutique hotel. Good on site restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Within a five minute walk to Avon Theatre. Great staff”

”Property is charming, well located, peaceful and quiet. Room is clean but needed few " fixes": hook behind bathroom door was broken, only 2 hangers. There was a controller for either TV or fan, we were not told, but it did work. I don't believe there is AC. We did call Tim his voicemail was full and he did not answer the text message. There is a coffee machine , but we found no snacks. The inn is within walking distance of many nice cafés”

”Property was spotless, room and bathroom are small but have everything you need. Good selection for breakfast and snacks available in the lobby. Great parking and a short walk to all Stratford has to offer. Sat in the garden with my glass of wine, felt like a French bistro”

”The location was excellent 10/10 The room could have been cleaner. The floor to the left side of one of the beds was sticky (maybe pop) . We also found a bottle of lotion in one of th beds.(Also dirt which seemed like it came from shoes).Which made us believe that the bed sheets weren't changed. We discovered it at 11pm and when we went down to talk to the front desk no one was there. Luckily my sister found the linen closet (so we grabbed our own sheets and made the bed) not cool over all...

”what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either.”

”The hotel was adequate for one night. And I see they have updated some things like the decor and bathroom. However the musty smell is very off putting and did not make for a pleasant stay. Check in was quick and easy and the staff was pleasant.”

”No muss; no fuss. Clean motel rooms on a tidy property with a pretty little pool. The owner and staff were positively wonderful – helpful, kind, friendly. I will definitely go back!”

”Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.”

”It’s this surprising place to stay in St Mary’s, with beautifully appointed rooms, design touches, view of the golf course and attentive communication from the host. Second visit and there will be more!”
