”Your made to feel welcome from tje moment you check in. There's good parking. The room we had (6 in the pub) was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with lovely en -suite shower room. Fresh towels were available daily. The breakfast choice was amazing and very delicious”

”Sehr sauberes und großzügiges Zimmer. Wir sind mit Hund verreist, ist garkein Problem gewesen. Sehr freundliches und Hilfbereites Personal. Frühstück hatten wir erst nicht geplant, allerdings bot man uns mit Hund an einen separaten Tisch in der Lounge frühstücken konnten. Das war echt super, es waren auch andere Hundbesitzee da, alles sehr gut gewesen. Daher haben wir dann auch das Feühstück zusätzlich an beiden Tagen genutzt. ”We stayed in one of the offsite casa style rooms which was perfect for our family (we were parents travelling with two teenagers). Room was clean and had all we needed for our two night stay. We appreciated the afternoon scones and tea in the main hotel. We were surprised that our rooms didn’t have any housekeeping between our first and second nights so I’m not sure if that was part of the casa room service or not but our request for addition towels was taken care of quickly!”

”This is a family orientated hotel. Think ‘Centre Parcs’ levels of activities without the insane prices. Location is amazing. Check in queue was 30 deep when I arrived and after 40 minutes of being stood in it and at the front it was still 30 deep behind me. We missed the swimming pool session in the evening because of the wait which was poor. Speaking to other people in the queue (some repeat customers) it is like this every time they attend. 👎 room was well appointed but shabby and grubby....
