”Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.”

As a mobility scooter user, navigating the tiny bathroom was incredibly difficult, made worse because no ADA rooms were available despite booking 2 weeks out.
The room was rundown with cracked paint and worn furniture, lacking a microwave, sink towel racks, and sufficient towels.
The biggest issue was the front desk clerk, Rama, who explicitly lied and gaslit me. Checked in Tuesday 4 AM. Wednesday, no cleaning. Rama said they only clean Mondays and Fridays. Friday night,...

”We only stayed one night. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. For the price, I was happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. The lobby, breakfast area-all was well kept and clean. The parking lot looked a little sketchy but for the price I wasn't expecting much. Only thing they had for the free breakfast was waffles or cereal, not many options there. Overall I would stay again for a quick trip.”
