”I like it a lot but the phone in the wasn’t working at all”

”This is a relatively new hotel (at the time of my stay) and it was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. And the lobby was a great place to hang out for breakfast or after getting back after a day of activities. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area.”

”The place is super dirty. The cigarette smell was awful. You can even smell pee and cigarettes in the elevator. The whole property needs to be renovated big time. That was the first and last time I’m booking there.”

”breakfast was the normal set up and was above average coffee was good the rooms are really basic, the best description I can think of is sterile. But everything was clean, the beds are fine with 4 full sized pillows. I didn't notice any outside noise. if you're just looking to sleep and go, the place is fine. But the rooms just don't “invite” you stay more than a night. ”

”This unique historic property was a delight to visit. Justin our host was incredibly passionate about the history of the house and the area. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House.”
