”My husband and I stay here overnight. I have to say the customer service was excellent. The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The set up of the room was perfect. The ambience when you walk into the hotel is a good vibe the bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome we had a great day the only thing missing was that there was no iron to iron your clothes and Parking was extremely hard other than that. I think we had an excellent day.”

”Well, it’s almost as if on the weekend the hotel doesn’t know it’s a hotel but the rooms are spotless. The property is the most beautiful property I’ve ever seen, but it’s very arbitrary if they want to serve food that day or not or even if the bar is open and signage is just terrible but other than that, it really is a fabulous location a fabulous price and a fabulous hotel”

”The best part of our stay was the friendliness of the woman who checked me in. Very nice. The room? I'm sorry to say, not so much. An immediate smell of beer hit you when u walked in. While the room was clean, the basic amenities were poor - a lamp that once turned on, couldn't be turned off all night. A two-prong charger in which only one prong could hold a standard plug (for a cell phone). When I couldn't charge my phone there, I found a 6-port extension unit (for the microwave, refrigerator,...

”The rooms in this hotel need to be refurbished...very dated accomodations with old carpet in guest rooms and very old bedspreads on the beds. Being the only hotel in Oyster Bay, it has a captive audience. I realize it would be a major upgrade expence but it is time. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

”I found a mysterious yellow pill on the floor of our hotel room, where my two babies were staying with me and my husband. The hotel knew that I was traveling with babies, as I called 5x to make sure we were all set with their crib beds and early check in. I am extremely disappointed that our safety was not taken into consideration when cleaning the rooms for children. We could have ended up in the ER, but thank god I found the pill. I had called 3x prior to ask for our cribs to be set up, which...

”Great little getaway”

”We were there for 1 night. Arrived at 9:30pm, checked in without issue. Upper parking lot is a little sketchy but it is well lit & we left in the morning without incident. The room was clean, sheets were very soft & the a/c was cold. Couldn't ask for anything more. There was a basic breakfast of cereal, bagels, & assorted mini-muffins & mini-donuts with coffee & juice. Staff was very friendly. It was a perfect place to crash for the night.”

”The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be.”
