Der Holzfußboden knarrt leider ein wenig, dafür verbreitet er eine angenehme wohnliche Atmosphäre. Die Lage ist für einen aktiven Urlaub, auf dem man viel herumkommen möchte ideal. ”We really enjoyed our stay at the Malt House. It was a it is described on VRBO. We were a group of 4 and found the upstairs living space and the downstairs bedrooms/bathroom to work great. The Malt House is 5 minutes walking from Portree center. Try Antlers and Sea Breezes for dinner but make reservations. We had outstanding dinners at both restaurants. The Tour Skye, Best of Skye Day Tour was everything you would need to see the sights of the Isle of Syke. It's an incredible island!!!”

”Heaven on earth is how I describe Isle of Skye and this place helped cement my feeling about it. The house is adorable and had plenty of space for our group of 5. We enjoyed our stay very much and particularly enjoyed the views of Loch Caroy in the morning and in the evening. We would easily stay here again if we return to Isle of Skye. The only things we would suggest for future guests is to be sure to bring some extra toilet paper and paper towels/ napkins with you. ”

"Super nice place! Pretty much in the middle of nowhere (what we wanted) with stunning views when driving through the mountain pass. Brand new cabin with kitchen, livingroom, bedroom and toilet/shower. Got all info via email, how to get there and key lockbox code. Owners super nice!"

"The hotel is located at a 10-15 minute walking distance from the centre of Portree. The views from the hotel breakfast room and terrace are amazing! The lobby and bar area are nicely decorated and furnished. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed and renovated bathroom. Just a few improvements would make this hotel perfect: The breakfast service would be better if started at 7 am, since many customers leave early to continue their trip. Also, the dinner service ended quite early and the menu did not have enough suitable options for seafood allergics/vegetarians. "
