”Get rid of lockbox and use phone entry system as described in instructions first. Provide heat! No extra blankets to be found. Had to call for space heaters as no thermostat for heat. Heaters had remotes with no batteries. Provide fire alarm. Kitchen sliding doors kept coming out of tracks.Non-working drive way lights. Shower head spray all over. Air conditioner housing by entry door rusted thru and not up to standards. Unit itself was satisfactory.”

”Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. ”

”What a beautiful home! Very well appointed! It was so cozy and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied so that we could easily prepare our meals. The Breville coffee maker was a huge bonus for us coffee lovers! There was a game room that was a lot of fun! From Pac Man to Air Hockey, we had a blast. The pool and hot tub were clean and awesome. ”We stayed here with family for my wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better more comfortable stay. Christopher was awesome, from food recommendation's to running over on a whim to help. Very clean and there was plenty of towels, soaps and coffee. We absolutely loved the swing-set in the back yard as well! ”

”The house is fabulous. Beautifuly decorated with all the amenities you could want. Although it's small the layout makes it feel quite roomy. Having the fences in yard was great for my small dog. Having the washer and dryer was a real plus”

Perfect location for walking to all things in downtown Jensen. Very responsive hosts; immediately resolved a maintenance request.
