”It was a decent place but the front desk was extremely helpful. Megan was really sweet and attended promptly to my request regarding the room. She was respectful and ensured that I had a pleasant stay. I appreciated that very much. Thank you Megan and the team.”

”based on the price and the google maps photos, i wouldnt go into this expecting too much. it's close to kings dominion (a short walk through the connected parking lot) which was all i really wanted. so that was cool. but the room had a weird, unpleasant smell in it and it didnt seem to be kept up with much at all. there wasnt even soap in the bathroom hand soap dispenser.”

”It was a little shady however the inside was clean, the bed n pillows were comfortable and the room was the coldest room I’ve ever slept in! I would go back to Virginia just to stay in that cold room!”

”The breakfast and service is outstanding. I love the lobby and the outdoor area which has the fire pit and grill for family and friends. The indoor pool and efficiency rooms make it a great location for a family reunion. We also really appreciated the security feature attached to our room key that is required for elevator access. Manager Scott and the desk assistant on June 22 at 11:00 am were both attentive and helpful. I would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

”Good; clean room, hot shower, cold ac, free ice, vending machines, VERY well maintained breakfast facility, helpful staff, good parking. Bad; pool not clean. Multiple family were disappointed. Some tried to clean the pool. I stayed there on my way up to NYC and booked again for the trip down because of the breakfast. Waffle maker was a big hit for us. Good variety of choices.”

”We had 2 rooms. 1st of all to start 1 of the keys didn't open the door and we had to go back to the lobby to get it fix. Then as soon as we enter the room it had a very terrible odor. We ask for 2 rooms and I ask to have connecting rooms well I didn't get my request. Pool was close for maintenance and hotel needs an update.”

”The room was extremely clean and we appreciated the attention to detail and care the head of housekeeping put into her job. You can tell she prides herself in providing great customer service. The front desk was also very helpful.”

”The hotel was very dirty and was not kept well on the outside. There was garbage everywhere. There was bugs. The bolt on the door didn’t work. The toilet ran very loud all night.”

”Clean, comfortable, convenient and safe. Great customer service and hospitality. Well suited and situated for easy access to airport. But not many offsite amenities, shops, restaurants, etc. nearby; but many within five minute drive.”

”This was the second year we chose to stay here for a baseball tournament. For the price it can’t be beat. Our King room was large, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to have - we ate most of our meals at the table and chairs provided. I rise much earlier than my husband and enjoyed the two minute drive to Wawa (also within walking distance- just not for me) for a coffee while watching the planes landing at the Richmond Airport across the street. The facility is modern...

”The towels were nasty and the tiolet was backed up. Asked for new towels, housekeeping told me no. Would not stay here again.”

”The front desk employees were a tremendous help. Great customer service there. However, the grounds were very poorly kept. There were sticky spots all over the food stained floors in the dining area. The room smelled of old, used cleaning water. The towels and bedding matched the same terrible smell. The mattress was very old and had little to no support. Do not recommend at all.”
