”Pool out of service. Guest computers not working. “Suite” is just a larger room without any partitions. Breakfast ok. Checkin staff was excellent. Clean room and property. Easy parking. Good location.”

”The first room we were assigned had a group of men sitting outside our room door drinking & eating. We asked for a different room which was done. We opened the new room door to BO smells & dirty bathroom. We packed up our things & immediately checked out with no refund, partial or otherwise, being given. Never again!”

”Check in was great, front desk was welcoming & friendly. Room was simple but very clean and comfortable. Great location, close to Sturbridge & Worcester but not overly loud even though it was pretty close to one of the main roads. Would definitely recommend.”

”The room was large and clean, bed comfortable, shower excellent, AC effective. Some street noise (my room was close to the street). Management might consider installing lamps next to the beds and providing plastic or paper cups in the bathroom. But overall, it's a convenient, comfortable place to stay, and I would certainly stop there again.”

”Expedia needs to update this properties availability. There is NO RESTAURANT, BAR OR BUFFETT BREAKFAST on site. The inside smells stale. The rooms with a balcony are in the facility! You have to request a outdoor balcony. The facility needs a lot of TLC! The outside needs TLC. The grassy area is half grass half dirt with weeds. The building needs a desperate re-paint. There is no help available with your luggage. The beach is approximately 50×50ft. No water tours or boats. The lake is beautiful...
