Moderni puhdas tyyli + mukavuus

Tämä 1900-luvun alkupuolella perinteisesti suunniteltu koti on muuttunut uudelleen syntymään, päivitettynä kaikilla moderneilla mukavuuksilla ja nykyaikaisella tyylillä. Ota askel ulos etuovesta, napata kuppi kahvia ja / tai suosikki leipomoherkkuasi Lolassa ja nauti rauhallisesta kävelystä veden äärellä. Sieltä voit jatkaa rauhassa kävellensi yhden Sturgeon Bayn viehättävän sillan yli ja nauttia työskentelevästä rantaalueestamme sekä kaupungin kolmesta keskeisestä ostosalueesta.
Nurmikkoa leikataan torstaina koko kauden ajan.

Talvipysäytyskielto on voimassa 1.12.-1.4., Varmista, ettet jätä autoasi kadulle yön aikana kyseisten kuukausien aikana, vaan pysäköi talon takana ja autotalli nurmikolle.

Kun kävelet sisään, sinua odottaa suuri ruokapöydässä mahtuu jopa 8 vierasta. Keittiön tyyli, mutta tilava keittiö tarjoaa lisäistuimia korkealle yläpöydälle 4: lle, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetuille laitteille, kuten astianpesukone vieraillesi siivoamiseksi, liesi + uuni, jossa liesituuletin, jääkaappi. Tarjoamme myös vieraillesi kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja perustarvikkeet keittiötarvikkeista.

Olohuoneessa on sisustettu moderneilla huonekaluilla, ovipiirin sisustuksella, suurella suoratoisto-tv: llä ja sähkötakalla lämmön ja viihtyisyyden lisäämiseksi huoneeseen.

2 makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä täysi kerrossänkyä, oleskelualue ja runsaasti tilaa matkalaukkuille sekä ulkoilmakaappijärjestelmä hyllyillä. Kolmas makuuhuone on varustettu king-size-vuode ja sama ulkoilmakaappijärjestelmä vieraillemme.

Voit grillata suosikki ateriasi mukana toimitetulla hiiligrillillä, istua tulipalon ympärillä ja seurata päivien seikkailuja tai istua terassipöydän ympärillä nauttien valitsemastasi juomasta ja nauttia lämpimästä auringosta niiden kanssa, joista nautit eniten.

Pysäköi auto ja kävele kaupungissa, soita ohjaamoon tai Uberiin, tuo tai vuokraa polkupyöriä!

This is a lovely home -- well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, spacious common rooms. [The master bedroom is a bit small for the king sized bed, so it may not work well for people with mobility issues.] It is very comfortable, and we appreciated being able to bring our pup with us. Location is excellent. Clean as a whistle. Great kitchen with thoughtful touches. The one thing that was slightly lacking was communication with the manager, but we received the necessary information in plenty of time and were able to arrange arrival / departure times. Overall -- Super location, very quiet, very clean, very comfortable and a great place for a getaway.

Love the location of our stay, we could walk everywhere to the local shops and restaurants. Just a bit confusion regarding The additional fee for allowing us to bring our two dogs. I wish they would show that additional pet fee upfront.

We had the most lovely stay in Sturgeon Bay this week, and wishing we were still there. Compass Cove was fully stocked for our family of 5 with inside and outside games and books. It was the perfect spot for exploring Door County - just blocks from restaurants and galleries in Sturgeon Bay and in good range to hikes, beaches and towns in Northern Door CO. We had the best time and can't wait to be back. (One note for light sensitive sleepers - the primary bedroom has a high window without a curtain, so plan accordingly. I travel with a sleep mask so it wasn't a problem but flagging for those who might need similar!)

Came up for a friend's birthday and this house was close to everywhere we wanted to go! Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Quiet neighborhood, didnt hear anything during the night and had no issues with the neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot for a gathering of friends! Plenty of beds available, so everyone had their own space. It was pretty rainy during our stay, but we had a ton of fun staying in and enjoying the board games provided. Great location, within walking distance of a grocery store and a diner! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice home in a great location. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the center of Sturgeon Bay! This would be a really great place for a larger group. Communication with property manager lagged a bit, but the manger was very helpful when the reply came. Overall no serious problems, and location is excellent. A nice accommodation!

We enjoyed a long weekend with extended family at this awesome home. We took several walks through the neighborhood and to the nearby marina. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was very good, but it was very busy Sunday morning. We walked down third street and enjoyed several shops and stores and the farmers market on Saturday. The place was very clean. The pictures on the listing are accurate. We are very glad we stayed in Sturgeon Bay instead of one of the smaller towns to the north. Much more to do and see nearby. We took a nice day trip north on Saturday to visit some of the more touristy places. Great place!

We really enjoyed our time in Sturgeon Bay. This property was conveniently located which allowed us to walk to restaurants, breweries, antique/retail stores, and the water. It was great that our pets were able to join us too. The neighborhood is perfect for taking them on walks. The amenities were great, beds were comfortable, and the dining room table was perfect for playing board games. The interior of the home was clean except for the side table in the dining room. Being an older home, we found ourselves often trying to think about how the house use to look and what it was used for prior to becoming a home. It would be great to have some history about the property at the home for guests to read. 😊 Being older, the house is a little drafty, but the furnace was able to keep the place warm. The only concern I had was that the soap dispensers were refilled with a product that was not what was on the label of the containers. I have very sensitive skin to the product that was used to refill them. I would suggest assuring that the product in the containers match the product container label for the diaper in the bathroom and kitchen. A few other suggestions we have would be to install baseboards/kick-plate under the kitchen sink; install light in the back entry way of the house; install an outside light on the back of the house. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property. We had an awesome time and would definitely stay here again. 😊

We had a great time and the place was so cute and clean. It was close to downtown which was nice. It was in a residential neighborhood, not touristy area. The only draw back was no hot water, which made showering not possible. We did not complain so maybe it could have been fixed if we would have said something. Otherwise, it was a great place and would for sure return.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was great. The living space was enough for our family of 6. Super cute. Loved the extra dining room space. If I had to give some constructive feedback, there were a lot of ants throughout the house and the space for storing clothes was minimal which I understood when I saw the space on the why. Maybe speak to that more in the listing. Overall, we would stay again for sure.
