”This is 2nd time I've visited this hotel and the first was approx. 10 years ago. Still, I found an excellent and clean hotel room along with professional staff.
The location is a little inconvenient, since MRT stations are 10 to 15 min walk away and not much stores and restaurants are around this hotel. You may ask hotel staff to call taxi for you at any time and taxi will be there for you in 5 min.”

Cons: Front desk staff not alwaya available, Small lobby, THE SHOWERS. The tubs are very tall and makes it difficult for elderly guests. The shower sprays everywhere and the water will drain to a drain located near the sink. It can get slippery and overall messy. While it looks attractive...
”Comfortable rooms and great service. They have a bar that is opened from late morning till 11pm for guests, with drinks, fruits and local snacks. Staff were attentive to enquiries and provided recommendations on restaurants in the neighborhoods. The TV in the room is huge with several English channels. The only diwnside is that its quite a walk from the metro station Xingtian Temple, esp when it was raining or if you have lugguage.”

"Communication with the hotel before the visit was difficult. I didnt get any real answers to my questions and requests which led to some dissapointments when we arrived e.g. missing window views and terribly priced early check-in. I needed to ask them to change our room, which they did next day, points from that. Most of the staff were just great while one receptionist was in a wrong job, very friendly staff at the lobby and in the restaurant. Great location. The best before date of our first room was long gone while the second was quite ok."
