This house is perfect for spending wonderful days near both the beach and the mountains, in a peaceful and quiet setting. The property has two floors, a spacious garden, and a barbecue area. Suitable for adults and children, it is located in a charming seaside village just 7 km from the beaches. Nearby, you can visit the Soplao Caves, Santillana del Mar, San Vicente de la Barquera, Comillas, Cabárceno Park, Santander, Vega de Pas, Potes, and the Liébana Valley, among others.



The house accommodates up to 10 guests with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The living room includes a dining table and two large sofas. Trundle beds come with two pillows each; the pillow for the lower bed is stored in the integrated drawer just underneath. The kitchenware is equipped with 12 of each item: plates, glasses, cups, and cutlery.



The 35 m² porch offers billiards, table football, a bar, and a dining area. Two kitchens—one inside and one on the porch—make barbecues easy at any time.



Parking: 2 private spaces in front of the house; additional vehicles can park on the street. The garage is for exclusive use of the property and is not included in the rental. Pets are not allowed.



Next door, you'll find a gas station, pharmacy, and a bar serving tapas and a daily menu. Suances beach is only 5 km away.
