River Access:
We encourage you to enjoy the nearby access to the Toccoa River. We have provided a map of the boundaries where you can access the water while remaining on property. We ask that you please be mindful of our neighbors and enjoy only the area within those boundaries.

Farm equipment :
There is a very special piece of antique farming equipment on the way toward the river that adds to the charm of the area. Please refrain from touching it to best preserve its condition and prevent any possible pinches or cuts. We can most accurately consider it a historical sculpture to be appreciated from at least a couple feet away!

When you're ready to explore, you're perfectly positioned for some of the area's most popular attractions. Visit downtown Blue Ridge for shopping, dining, breweries, and the scenic Blue Ridge Railway. Hike to Long Creek Falls, explore the Appalachian Trail and Benton MacKaye Trail, visit Vogel State Park, or take a scenic drive through the Chattahoochee National Forest. Nearby Suches—known as the "Valley Above the Clouds"—offers stunning mountain scenery, local dining, and endless opportunities for outdoor adventure.

-BEFORE YOU BOOK-

Our cancellation policy is firm but if there are other dates you would like to move a reservation to you can. The fee for this will vary from $150 - $300 depending on the cabin, how close to the check in date your reservation currently is and availability.

Area wide power outages are common in the mountains and no refunds will be given if an area wide power outage happens during your stay. No refunds will be given for weather related cancelations.

Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Pets shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside.

If you plan to go out and leave your dog at the cabin, please know that we require they be crated in your absence.

If smoking takes place on the property during your stay, we will charge you $250 to deodorize and clean the property.

Maximum sleeping occupancy is four (4).

No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday.

FIREARMS: For the safety and comfort of all guests, firearms are not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the cabin, in outdoor areas, or in vehicles parked on the premises.

When you stay with Suches Vacation Rentals your waiver damage fee, listed as management fee, ensures that you are covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damages.

Guest Access
Please note: We cannot absolutely honor early check in requests, but we will do our best to accommodate them. Reservations requesting an early check in will not be refunded if we cannot honor the time requested. This is done to benefit the guest so that the property is completely clean and ready at their arrival at 4pm.

Please be aware that you will be receiving a link to our booking contract via text within 24 hours of making your reservation. If you do not see it come through, please let us know as it must be signed. We are happy to answer any questions about its contents.

Please note we can only communicate with the listed number associated with the booking for the safety and privacy of all of our guests. You are welcome to forward and information you receive to whoever you like but we cannot send any details about guest reservations to unattached contacts. We recommend planning in advance to be in service or have access to wifi while waiting to receive the door code as there can be large areas without cell service in Suches and the surrounding areas.
