Guest Access:
Guests are able to access all areas of the home, with the exception of the owners closet.

Other Things to Note:
Dogs are allowed for a certain fee, but should be communicated to us prior to arrival. Dogs should be leashed unless locked in a dog run connected to the house. Do let us know how many of your beloved pups should we expect to arrive as well. Limit of 2 dogs.

Dogs should not be left alone in the home, unless crated. Dogs must be crated and not locked in a room as to not cause damages to the home. Any damages to the home will be at the Guest’s expense.

As specified in our listing, it is mandatory for dogs to be crated when left unattended. They must never be confined to any room when alone. Any damages incurred to doors as a result of a dog being left locked up will necessitate the renter being held accountable for repairs or replacement of affected items.

No cats, please! Owner is highly allergic.

Guests are required to sign Cherokee Rose Homes Rental Contract and authorize a $250 Security Deposit prior to their reservation.

Please note that our property is nestled in the mountains amidst a wooded area, which means that the open spaces and outdoor sitting areas may be exposed to leaves, dust, pollen, and other natural elements. After a few days from the last cleaning, these outside areas may accumulate leaves, pollen, and some dust due to their exposure. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

This space has been prepared for guests traveling from out of town!
We love to host guests from out of town who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.

Additional info: Firewood is not supplied. There will be a $500 fine for fires left unattended or fires that were not put out prior to leaving or retiring for the night. We don't want any embers be blown over to the National Forest that is next to the property, that can potentially set it on fire.

Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions. Guests are required to complete the guest screening booking requirement, to avoid cancellation of the reservation.
