”House was clean and great to stay in. Quiet and only 5 min to town. Beds were comfy. There was no coffee, lotion or a blow dryer anywhere in the house. Not a big deal but just for awareness for others. The blow dryer was the biggest inconvenience. My only real complaint is that customer service was terrible. I emailed over a week before our stay to ask about extra dogs, received a reply stating it was an extra 150 for the weekend for one dog. When I responded that’s not what the listing stated...

”We had a great stay, and I appreciated the host's willingness to flex with us to make all work well! A very clean, nicely appointed space inside, and a usable patio and lawn out back that served our visiting grandchildren nicely.Note: the home is on a reservation, about 20 min from any businesses or restaurants. The street is less than pristine and manicured, but is very close to the water. We saw Bald Eagles as we walked the shoreline. Excellent host!!”

”This was possibly one of the best places we ever stayed when booking with vrbo! It was very conveniently located. Walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. The house itself was so well stocked. All kinds of spices, coffee, trash bags, etc. lots of dishes, pots and pans too. The property manager Kristen was so responsive. The house was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable. Really great place. ”

”Lovely place, very quiet and serene. The olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee seem like you can count on them being nicely stocked which is nice. The shower and toiletries were great. My tips for a good stay would be to bring a robe as there aren’t window treatments for the walk from the larger bedroom to a bathroom and be advised there are stairs to get to the various rooms if that is an issue for you. ”I had the pleasure of staying at Birch Bay Frame, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location is unbeatable – right on the ocean, with stunning views right from the property. We even spotted seals swimming in the water, which was such a nice surprise. The house itself was immaculate, clean, and very well-maintained.
