”We had a really nice stay at the hotel. We arrived very early in the morning (5am) but as the room was free, we could check-in right away. The staff was really nice and answered all our questions and helped with restaurant reservations, getting a taxi etc. Location was perfect, just a few blocks from the main square. Good breakfast. The only misinformation we got was that everything would be closed on Christmas day, which really wasn't true: many shops and restaurants were open the whole day.”

”Everyone was very friendly. My room had a very creaky floor but was very comfortable and a good temperature. The bathroom was small but functional. Breakfast was simple and yummy. Would 10/10 book again.”

”Carmen es fantástica y atiende muy bien a todos. Habitación limpia, buena ubicación y muy bonito. El único problema son los colchones. Son antiguos y se hunden, haciendo que fuese algo complicado dormir”

”The apartment was more than we could have asked for. Despite our late arrival the host was so welcoming and made us feel home instantly. Luis and Zulema were there for us when we needed something or advice where to find things in Sucre. The area itself is very quiet at night. We slept very well. The kitchen had plenty of appliances to prepare food. Two bathrooms were a bonus. Wifi is very fast and reliable. A mercado is right around the corner to get fresh fruits, veggies or an almuerzo...

”PROS:- This property is new, well designed, secure, ideally located, and extremely comfortable.- Communication with Gustavo was timely and beneficial.- Strong WIFI and smart TV.CONS:- The entry process was flawed with the code provided, therefore we waited outside until a resident came to adjust the door code for us to enter. There were no issues after this.- The apartment MUST be stocked better. The property must be outfitted as a typical home would, and that's especially true for the kitchen....
