Discover our charming vacation home in a former farmhouse that can accommodate 2-4 people. Nestled in a picturesque circular village with a church and thatched houses in the municipality of Süderholz, our vacation home promises peace and relaxation in the countryside.

The spacious 70sqm apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and washing machine as well as a simple shower room. A spacious bedroom and living room invite you to linger. On cooler days, a tiled stove provides cozy warmth in all rooms.

The large garden offers the opportunity to relax outdoors, play or have a barbecue. A wood-fired sauna is available on request. A playground 100m away with table tennis and soccer pitch invites you to let off steam.

Shopping facilities can be found in the towns of Greifswald and Grimmen, 12 km away. In nearby Kandelin, just 4 km away, a bakery and a small village store offer basic groceries.

From the vacation home, popular excursion destinations around the UNESCO World Heritage city of Stralsund and the lively university town of Greifswald can be easily reached by car, train or bicycle. Although our vacation apartment is not directly on the water, it is an ideal starting point for day trips to the beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea islands of Darß, Rügen and Usedom or to the seaside resort of Lubmin near Greifswald.
