”Upon arrival I waited for the front desk staff to realize I was at the counter while they were watching a show on their phone. I signed their waiver acknowledging that there is a $250 fine for smoking but upon getting on the elevator the smell of e-cig smoke was overwhelming. The tables and counters were clean, but the sink had about an inch of what appeared to be black mold growing around the rim and was very visible to the eye. The toilet showed signs that it was not frequently cleaned during...

”All we expected was a clean room with a bed, shower and tv. We were in the area for a soccer tournament and this motel was far more affordable than others, if you're fine not having a pool or breakfast. It was a decent stay.”

”The shower was broken in room 247. I didn’t have time in the morning when I discovered it was broken to get it fixed.”

”Not impressed with this property. Carpet was wet under the thermostat (carpet was soaked). The mattress and sheets in the bed were also soaked. Called down to the front desk- let it ring, no answer. Went down to desk and the girl had attitude when I told her about the issues with my room. She snapped back and said she was cooking food for a guest- apparently she was the only person working. Moved to a new room, smelled like sewer gas. Will never stay here again.”

”Room appeared clean and bed was comfortable.Remote for tv did not work, but manager fixed it. Walls were thin and we could hear the tv and people in the room next to us. It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The outdoor area is not clean or straightened up like it appears in the photos. The cushions were dirty with bird poop and stained, the furniture was askew, and the atmosphere was not relaxing…very noisy. The breakfast was disappointing.”
