”The area and location are great, but the magnolia room could use some revamping. We stayed during a cold front and there was no heat in the room, so we grabbed the extra blanket out of the closet. After laying it out on the bed we realized it was full of sand that was now in the bed. The ceiling fan also couldn't be on without the light being on. ”

”The property itself was absolutely wonderful! It was within walking distance of a wonderful restaurant and it was a very clean, quiet and updated condo. We loved it! And would definitely go back again. Our only drawback was we had to call the management five times because our code would not work for our door. They were very prompt each time in attempting to get it corrected but it did take 5 calls. ”

”The staff was great. When I arrived it was a dog barking loudly in the room right next to me. The staff moved me to another room without a problem. The hotel was very clean BUT my only problem is the walls are super thin. I could hear everything going on in the room beside me. I had to sleep with the tv on in order to get some sleep ”

”First entry, keys did not work. WiFi did not work. I was told “it’s sometimes hard to get it on your computer. TVs are not smart TVs for streaming. Large bleach stains in hallways.”

”Staff are rude , frown and rolls their eyes if you walk by while they are mapping the floor and if you tell them that your puppies had an accident in the hallway. Staff are lacking quality customer service , they don't smile , they won't greet you hello ! Good morning . As if they are not too happy with what they are doing. Guest are like invisibles to their eyes . The hotel itself was very nice and clean , but it's about the staff customer service that plays a huge role in a customers...

”This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!”

”Great location, nice property. Close to Rosemary and Alys beach. Great looks, private beach. The only negative is that I reached out to the property several times prior to the trip with no response and it is a cashless property. The waitress did not tell us that and took 100 cash which included pur meal and tip . She thought 100 was her tip. The bartender informed us cashless and helped us get the money back. Other than that the pls e was beautiful ! Lots of hiking trails nearby also!”

”Great location! Staff was very nice! It was a rough walk from the street to our room as the parking is all out front and they need to clean behind the beds and clean up the area around the steps there was a lot of trash with a bad smell. everything else was great. ”
