Upea ja rauhallinen keidas Gianyarissa.

Erittäin mielyttävä kokemus kokonaisuudessaan! Pois lähtiessä jäi tunne, kuin olisi ollut kyläilemässä tuttavien luona. Kaunis hotelli ja hieno puisto meren puolella. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja huomioivaa.Paikalliset taksikuskit Putu ja Imin tekivät hyviä tarjouksia meille päivämatkoista nähtävyyksien pariin (hieman edullisempaa kuin hotellista varaamalla). Hotellia voi suositella vähintäänkin pariskunnille. Altaan lisäksi nuorisolle ei varmaankaan ehkä tekeminen riitä.

Aivan loistava hotelli. Kaukana palveluista, joten kuljetusta tarvitaan jos haluaa mennä johonkin. Bali Safari kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellissa erinomainen palvelu - lähes täydellinen.

Don't be fooled. This is not a 5-star property. For everything you ask, the staff will give an answer that we are under new management and ongoing changes. No workable gym. Excuse - We are under renovation. No activities. You can feed the swans which roam at the property, a pathetic excuse for an activity. I didnt see even a child doing this and no staff even showed up at 4 p.m. for the activity. Minifridge in a 5-star property supposed to have a few items (chargeable). I open it, it is empty and not even working. No lotion or hand towel. I can go on and on. They have one omelette station and limited items, but their prices are like you are eating in a real western 5-star. Service and food are far from it. PLEASE BE SURE THEY ARE NOT STEALING YOUR PERSONAL DATA. After repeatedly saying no, I was surprised to receive an email - welcome new IHG member. What???? I contacted Expedia and IHG right away, spending time on my holiday with customer care, and finally IHG support person told me that your account was created by front desk. Is this a joke? The staff will trick you and when confronted with IHG chat, she accepted that she did that, even going to the point that it is free. Again, no explanation or even a sorry for doing something which I declined three different times during my check-in and within an hour of being there. STAY AWAY!

Great property with swimming pool and beach view. It is far from almost everything. If you want to visit Bali and want to be away from everything and can do with very limited dinning options, this place might be for you. To get around from this property to anywhere around , give yourself a hour of travel time. For our next visit, we will pick somewhere closer to Sanur or Ubud.

The place was clean, quiet, lovely pool, food was good, and staff was excellent. Only downside is that there is not much walking distance from hotel.

The staff and room are great. It’s a very nice hotel. This was my first time to Bali and I didn’t really know the different areas. I loved the hotel but the only thing is that it’s in a very quiet location with little to see or do outside the property.

A peaceful, luxurious stay

Such a gem of a hotel- couldn’t have asked for more! A little bit of luxury :) The staff were so welcoming, accommodating and courteous, especially all the servers in the restaurant. The food was exceptional! Loved the infinity pool too, the grounds are kept immaculately. My room was beautiful, plenty of space and lovely design. A wonderful stay.

Sublimely Excellent

I have travelled across the world for over 50 years and never have i experienced a property of this outstanding quality across every facet of hospitality. The physical characteristics are exceptional; the gracious elegance of the building, the combination of views from the ground floor of the huge lateral pool over looking a lake which over looks the ocean. The quality service by everyone from the large gardening team caring for the beautiful grounds to the housekeeping to the reception to the restaurant staff is simply faultless. The GM , Rajiv Srivastava, must be given the credit as he would have to take the responsibility for any defects. The resort experience was so excellent / relaxing / perfect we never moved out to explore the beauty of Bali. We will return here but next time for longer so we can have another week here.

This property is more like a 10 star resort! Everyone here is sooooo nice. The rooms are very beautiful, clean & spacious. And the best part is the views you wake up to, the views you have during the day & the sunset views. I will always come back to stay here! Highly recommend!

Sehr, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Alle strengen sich mächtig an, um jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Die Hotelanlage ist schön, aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Der Pool ist wirklich toll. Der Strand ist suboptimal. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war der Strand nicht sehr einladend.

Exceptional Stay! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff is the heart of this hotel—friendly, professional, and always eager to assist. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant decor, spotless rooms, and breathtaking views. My room was spacious, well-furnished, and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. Housekeeping did an outstanding job maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere throughout my stay. The dining experience was equally impressive. Every meal was a delight, with fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, beautiful presentation, impeccable service and attention to detail. The facilities were also excellent. The pool was pristine and the spa a haven of relaxation. Overall, my stay at Hotel Rumah Luwih was absolutely wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. With a few small additions, it could easily become a dream destination for all types of travelers.

Staff wise, Jia and Ali were lovely. Hotel was lovely though in need of a bit of a touch up. The balcony of the room we stayed in was massive but could have done with sun loungers as a waste of space. Also one of the railing struts was loose and dangerous as a child could push against and fall. Pool was fantastic but loungers were past their best and in need of replacing as too low, falling to bits and mattresses were splitting and fraying. There was nothing to do in evening as no bar, we just watched TV in room. Food was average. The gym was disgusting and stunk of mould, carpet was stained. Ot was lovely going to sleep to sound of waves. Gardens and grounds were very well maintained. Enjoyed watching the resident family of geese each morning as they swam the lilly pond. We had a very relaxing stay and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

We had to come BACK :) This place is just perfect , From Staff to View to food to vibe, Everything is just so Positive, this property has an amazing calmness and it’s so beautiful, Each and Every Staff go an extra mile to make you smile, From Rececption to the Kitchen staff including Housekeeping and Gardening Staff , Everyone is just thinking about Guests happiness , It’s a must visit Property.

Superbe établissement par son architecture vous êtes transporté hors du temps. Cuisine de grande qualité avec un service irréprochable.( merci Ani et Goda). Excellent petit déjeuner et le mot est faible. Bravo au chef Piscine très propre et d'une belle taille. Un moment dont on se souviendra Merci à l'équipe
