A large wooden table with seating for 10-12 people invites you to linger and is directly adjacent to the cosily furnished living room. This room is equipped with a TV, a Sonos surround system, a PlayStation, an electric fireplace and a comfortable sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed. On the same floor is one of a total of 4 bedrooms, with a luxurious double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, fully equipped bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and WC. From this room you can also enjoy a fantastic view of the pool and nature. On the ground floor there is also a separate guest WC and a small room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron. On the upper floor there are three further bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV and integrated bathroom. Also fully equipped with built-in wardrobe, shower, WC, underfloor heating, hairdryer, towels and more. In the two bedrooms there are additional pull-out beds (160 cm x 190 cm), which can be used as a bed for your children (max. 4). All bedrooms have access to a large roof terrace. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of nature, the pool and the sea. Another advantage of Villa One Zadar is the beautiful terrace on the ground floor. An ideal place to relax. Enjoy a peaceful atmosphere in the 56 m² heated and illuminated pool with an integrated shallow area for children to relax or splash around. Spoil yourself and your loved ones with delicious dishes from your own Weber gas barbecue. Even on very hot days, two large awnings (4m x 5m each) provide pleasant shade. There is also an outdoor shower, twelve sun loungers and a cosy lodge where you can relax with a glass of wine. The luxury villa is also equipped with an outdoor table tennis table, a basketball hoop, two football goals, a climbing hut with slide and a swing. There are 3 parking spaces available in the fenced area and further parking spaces are available directly in front of the villa. There are 2 shops within walking distance in the idyllic village of Debeljak. Here you will find everything for your daily needs and fresh bread and baguettes every morning. Only 4 km away is the beautiful town of Sukosan with the largest marina on the Adriatic, Marina Dalmacija. Sukosan has numerous beaches stretching over 10 kilometres from Zlatna Luka to the beautiful natural complex of Tustica. Sukosan, and therefore Villa One Zadar, is close to 5 national parks and 2 nature parks. You will be spoilt with traditional delicacies by hospitable people in the many bars and restaurants in the town. The quiet location does not suggest that the nearby Zadar airport is only 10 kilometres away. From here you can enjoy a relaxed and carefree journey to the beautiful end. The historic city of Zadar is only 15 km from the villa. The absolute highlight is the lively old town, which is located on a peninsula separated from the new town. A stroll through the old town is like travelling back in time through different eras of an exciting 3000-year history. The remains of Roman buildings, the old city walls from the Middle Ages, modern sights in the northern part of the peninsula, the Greeting to the Sun square and the Sea Organ are just some of the places worth seeing.
