I feel cheated.
I made the reservation through the application, made the payment and when I arrived at the hotel they said that they had not received any payment. I had to pay again in cash and more than the amount of the original price, the toilet did not work and the water did not go down the shower drain.

Could not sleep all night as bed bugs were eating me alive. Had to leave the place at 4 on the morning to go elsewhere. I let the host know and sent him pics of the bites and a live bug. No response
