”This hotel is very comfortable and clean but the staff at this hotel is way above and beyond. The entire staff never missed an opportunity to make us comfortable and it made for a very enjoyable experience. Great job!”

”Big hotel with a golf course. Hotel has already seen it´s best days and would benefit of renovation. Our room smelled strongly of diesel oil or similar and was located next to elevator which could be heard in the room. The hotel was quite empty. Location was convenient near to airport if leaving for a early flight. Hotel provided transport to airport for 110 000 Rps.”

”Hyvätasoinen, siisti hotelli. Vähän ehkä jo huone kulahtanut mutta kaikki pelaa. Palvelu todella nopea ja esim. Wi-fin ollessa heikko huoneessani tuli hotellin it-kaveri nopeasti tuomaan huoneeseen reitittimen, jolloin yhteys moitteeton.”

”The staff were very nice and helpful & the breakfast buffet was good/extensive, but the rooms are dated and we’re not cleaned well. The dirty looking bath mats pictured here says it all. Overall a bit pricey for what you get. ”

”Nice hotel in central Manado, with friendly managemant. Had big problem because Expedia did not pay the bill. The hotel could not arrange it. I had to do a lot of correspondence and the responses from expedia came very slow. Hotel was ok, Expedis a nightmare.”

”The property looks nice and clean. However the pool was not open and there is No alcohol at the bar even though they advertise cocktails on their website. ”

”ダイビングショップが併設されていてとても便利です。 シュノーケルを申し込みましたが２人で1,500,000ルピアでした。 ブナケン島周辺に連れてってもらいましたが海は最高にきれいです。海ガメもたくさんいました。 ”

”Pada pukul 3 pagi, terdapat beberapa tamu yang berbincang-bincang dengan suara keras di luar kamar, namun pihak hotel tidak menindak tegas mereka. kemudian, dikarenakan kamar yang kurang kedap suara, hal itu terdengar jelas hingga ke kamar.”

”Das Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen, was etwas störend war. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück gut. Für die Preis-Leistung war es gut”
