Modern, rustic and minimalist, that's what characterizes this vacation home. Upon entering, you will immediately notice the panoramic windows and the atypical style, which gives the house a charm all of its own. Prepare a delicious breakfast together and enjoy the beautiful view of the surroundings over your first coffee. When you sit on the bench, you almost feel like you're sitting outside. In the evening, you can make yourself comfortable while playing games, while the wood-burning stove spreads cozy warmth on chilly days. In the summer months, you can move your meals to the terrace with its fire pit. You can swim in a pond near the hut. In winter, you can enjoy the cross-country ski trails very close to the house.



The Ryfylkeheiane nature reserve offers a number of good hiking opportunities such as Gullingen, Stranddalen, Skuteheia and Reinsnuten. Experience the fantastic nature and spectacular views. There are also several fishing lakes in the area with good trout stocks. If you are on vacation here, the Dyraheio nature reserve is also a must-see. The protected area is part of the southernmost wild reindeer area in Europe. Here you can also climb Snønuten (1606 m above sea level). The Gullingen ski area with ski lifts and slopes is just a short drive away, as are the stores and restaurants you will find in Sand.
