”We were booked into a handicapped room but did not request or need a special room. We talked to front desk staff and she dismissed us saying “all rooms are the same.” She had no idea bed was low to ground etc. She moved us and room was much improved. ”

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days. Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”

”This hotel needs to have some renovation done, the carpets need to be changed, they were really worn and dirty. Our room was cleaned just ok, there were some black hairs on the bath room floor. The room also had a bad, musty smell. ”

”Due to flight cancellations, we were stranded at Tampa and needed accommodations where 2 people could work remotely. Not only was the room perfectly set up to host us for two days with a seperate bedroom, work station and dining table, the staff here is top notch! I cannot express enough how wonderful the front desk staff is!! Breakfast was perfect every morning and working from our room was easy and we were able to take calls without interrupting one another. Great property, great location and...

”I was hesitant about this “virtual” property. I never stay at budget hotels, but all flights cancelled due to weather so no hotels. I will stay here every time. Room was clean, high tech, great lighting, fully equipped. Gym and pool access. Everything so seamless and perfect. I am wow’d. Did not expect to be writing a review like this on a 2 star (???). I might actually invest in this company. Perfectly executed concept. ”

”We stayed 4 nights/ 5 days and had to ask for our room to be cleaned daily. When they "cleaned it" they did not vacuum, change the sheets or change the pillowcases. I know because my make up would get on the whote pillow cases and they were never once chsnged. The morning breakfast is excellent. Far better than most hotels. The libby is super clean The staff are super friendly. Always saying have a good day, or welcome back as you leave and return. Now Ybro city part of Tampa is a low income...
