However, the quality of old towels are unacceptable, first day gave us two torn and stained towels, second day not torn but aged towels, third day only got white and fresh looking new towels. Hope they can solve the towels issue. ”

”เจ้าหน้าที่รีเซปชั่นไม่ค่อยมีใจบริการ ไม่น่าประทับใจ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณพื้นที่ที่ไม่สะอาด ถนนหนทางรอบๆ โรงแรมขรุขระ ฝุ่นควัน สกปรก ไม่ปลอดภัยสำหรับคนเดินเท้า สภาพโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ห้องพักเก่ามีกลิ่นอับและค่อนข้างมืด ไม่สะอาด เตียงนอนพอใช้ได้ ลิฟต์ที่ให้บริการสภาพเก่าและค้างอยู่บ่อยๆ ใช้งานได้ไม่กี่ตัว อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายเมนูแต่เน้นอาหารมุสลิม โดยรวมไม่ประทับใจ และไม่คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายไป”
