”The motel was excellent. But I will not do business with Expedia ever again. I understand, now, this is how you operate but it was not obvious that I rented something where you were able to charge my account and it cleared my bank several days BEFORE we ever even got there. Your policies are devious and I will spread the word. Buyer beware. Shame on you.”

”Beautiful hotel and room. Loved the balcony with the lake view. Great restaurant on main floor. Air conditioner was not functioning well but otherwise amazing stay!”

”Clean and conveniently located hotel right next to I-5 highway. Everything was pretty much what you would expect from Holiday Inn Express. The only annoying thing were the uneven floors in several places. You felt like being drunk when walking as the floor was leaning in to one direction. Makes you wonder what may be causing it.”

”The property was ok, the people were more friendly than the average. Stayed 8 days. The room became quite small after about the 3rd day. Totally disliked the TV. No streaming and just 25-30 channels that were mostly garbage to my tastes. Worst TV options/selection that I have seen in 40 years - thought I had returned to Mexico with this location’s limited offering.”

”The room was nice sized and clean. The breakfast was adequate and the staff was friendly. There was constant freeway noise, but that did not bother me. The location was easy to find.”

”It appears the remodeling was still in progress. The bistro and bar weren’t open yet. The pool was open, but cloudy and the room was very warm/humid…maybe typical for an indoor pool. The breakfast was very underwhelming. We ate there the first day, but chose to go elsewhere the other days of our stay. The staff was helpful.”

”Sydney, who works the front desk was awesome. I had trouble with several things in the room (the lock, the TV) and she was so kind. She came up to my room and showed me how get the door to lock. Then she came back up and fixed the TV. She was kind! Thanj you Sydney!”

”Not sure why a pet would have to go to 8th floor. It was a pain tryin to manage that. Nothing special about hotel. Very exspensive”

”Large clean room, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Comfort Suites always comes through with a nice place to stay at a fair price.”

”The floor was not swept or vacuumed in the room, before we arrived. The shower was still dirty. There was only one towel when there were five of us guests booked. The bed spread was obviously the wrong size. It was clearly labeled with a Q for queen and not staying on the king sized bed. We had to go get the sheets and towels ourselves. There were no sheets or pillows for the pull out sofa. The outside balcony was covered in bugs. The stairwell smelled horribly of body odor.”
