”The whole place could use a very very deep clean. The lock to my door didn't work, so I couldn't leave anything in the room to get food places. Even after bringing it up, they didn't want to accommodate me with a room with a working lock. And by working lock, I mean you can physically enter the room without a key card. Since they're pet friendly get ready to see all the leftover pet stains, under UV the place looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. High touch surfaces not cleaned.”

”Upon arrival at 6:45 PM, was given key to a room that was never cleaned, still had trash & bedding not changed/made. Since it was only "suite" left, were given option to wait in regular 2 queen room while they cleaned the suite. They offered to take $20 off a non suite room, but that made no sense.”

”Currently hotel is doing some renovations. Would have been nice to know before booking.”

”One of your breakfast ladies was especially kind and helpful to us. Even tho she was busy, she took time to answer our questions. Her name was Tonya (maybe taylia). Our second morning she came and asked if we needed anything else. She was kind and helped make our stay more enjoyable. ”

”There was a loud a banging noise every few minutes throughout the night. Breakfast was good.”

”The location is kind of awkward. I had pre-registered online which didn’t mean a thing once I got there I had to pay a $50 hotel fee that supposedly someday I will get back. The breakfast was bare. Basics in the room was just as basic definitely would would not go back”

”Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. We were shocked and disappointed to find there was no ramp to the dining room - only steps. Also the bathroom door in our ADA room swung outwards but would close on its own as you enter the bathroom. ”Microwave was extremely dirty everything in the room had dust shower curtain was dirty fridge had tape holding the shelves up in it toilet took forever to flush bathroom amenities where used and some didn't have lids on them like the shower soap but the dust was the main thing it looked like the room had been vacant for months unfortunately I couldn't get my refund back or I would have left in a heartbeat”

”Staff was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was lacking this time during our stay. There wasn’t any yogurt, very little fruit, only apples on the one day. Milk for my coffee came from a large jug and not little milkers which was inconvenient. The toilet in our room did not flush very well and the mirror in the washroom had a big chip where someone could cut themselves.”

”We booked a pet friendly room. The carpet it in the room was dirty but expected for a pet room in a budget room. Furniture was functional but missing paint. Bathroom had hair human hair on the toilet. .again, it happens. I DID have an issue with the front desk lady. When we came in I rang the bell, she popped her head over the balcony and said something. Had no idea what she said. When she got down to the desk she said no dogs in lobby. This is NOT posted on the door, she did not mention it...
