We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with the elevator not working and the Front Desk staff but being friendly. We will address this issue with the Front Desk team to ensure this gets resolved promptly and to provide better service to our guests in the future. In regards to breakfast, we apologize that the staff did not offer more coffee and make it feel like you could only have one cup. Dear Chris,Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. I completely sympathize with your experience while staying at the same time as a Hockey team. Unfortunately we were unable to get security that weekend. The front desk staff try their best to keep the situation under control by calling parents and coaches but as you saw sometimes it gets very difficult. I want to apologize that this was your experience. Also with the Ice machine, we are currently trying to find a different area for it. It's tricky as it needs to be connected to the water line. Again I'm so sorry your stay wasn't very good. We hope you will come again and hopefully we can exceed your expectations and show you how wonderful The Loyalist can be.
