”Will not stay at this Sleep Inn again. The sliding door to the bathroom did not have a screw in the handle and pieces fell out on the floor. The toilet had a bad flapper and it would not seal so, it kept letting water in all night. I opened the back of toilet and it was so nasty I would not put my hand in it. We just tried jiggling the handle to get it to stop. This hotel really needs updated! There was trash outside the front entrance. No landscaping has been done to make it look inviting. ...

”Staff was very helpful. Our room was ok, one bed cover had holes in it and when they cleaned they did not stock any toilet paper, no condition, basically a bare minimum. Towels were thin and scratchy. Rooms get all of the road noise. We would choose somewhere else to stay in the future”

”This place has renovated bathrooms, nice clean rooms, the laminate flooring is new, clean, and the furniture is modern. However, the bathroom floor, inside door and wall were dusty. The plush blanket was soft, but had cigarette holes in it. The building does not have elevator, just stairs but are accessible. I specifically liked the fact that the bathroom sink and tub look so good new. The room is cleaner due to the laminate flooring and the outside building is newly painted. I would really...

”Very close to Summersville Lake.. Very peaceful natural setting.. If staying here, the cloud suite is the only private option on the third floor.”
