”Pear Tree Farm was absolute magic! The house was whimsical and beautifully furnished. Every room was a treasure trove to discover for my 4 young children. I had the sense that children were very much thoughtfully considered when opening up their home which, as a home-school mom, made our stay that much more enjoyable. ”Great location on Lake Marion. Dock is set up for fishing and we caught a few big ones. House itself is exactly as described. Maybe not the Ritz, but it's Lake Marion. It's perfect for what it is. Very nice screened in porch looking out over the water. Almost a low country feel to the property and views. About 5 min from I-95 and 10 min from Santee Food Lion. Bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was equipped appropriately. Great location for a golf weekend as well - plenty of decent courses...
