”We planned a weekend trip to Jarrod’s Place and this was a great house to rent for it. James was quick to respond with any questions and made sure you had directions to find the house. The house had anything you may have forgotten to bring with you. It was comfortable and overall a great house for our large group. ”

”I honestly hate leaving a bad review because the host was really nice. However, the property was not clean, the grill was not functional and it overall did not meet expectations given the price. The bed linens and pillows are very cheap. I did send photos of the grill to the host. I looked back on reviews after booking (I know-should have done it sooner) and someone noted the exact issue with the grill as I did. So it is a bit frustrating that it hasn’t been corrected. ”The attention to detail is incredible. Only one of our 4 had ever watched or read Harry Potter, yet we all felt like we must be living it in real life. So as not to spoil the experience, we would just absolutely recommend this rental. It was a destination in itself (we actually altered trip plans and made a detour to stay here)...completely worth it. One thing to note is that there are beds for at least 5, from what we found.
