”For the price point per night this hotel needs some major upgrades/renovations to the rooms. Very outdated, breakfasts were good and staff were nice. ”

”Room OK, but better with one King bed than 2 Queen sized beds. It's not goo for non-golfers. Step outside the limited hotel space and you have a growling security guard shouting at you. Poor value for money. Won't return. ”

”Room was clean enough. The bathroom smelled of piss, so not properly cleaned. And the water in the shower takes a long time to fully drain. The ambiance in the property is relaxing. If you commute, it is so close to the terminal at SM Lipa. They have a big screen tv with Netflix, that made the stay worth it. The staff is nice, there’s free coffee and water too.”

”Clean, spacious, quiet, modern but old and historic at the same time. Very welcoming staff. Plenty of parking. We ate at both the main restaurant and the pizza place and both were excellent. I didn’t know what to expect and was blown away by the quality of everything. Would definitely stay again if in the area. ”

”The room was clean and comfortable to sleep in especially the pillows.All the staff were so nice and welcoming especially Maan,Emun,Gina,Bernadette,Jasmine,Cheska,Aubrey,Heart and the security guards who always helped to guide us parking our car,opened the lobby door and watched over the safety of the guests.”

”Mylene the care taker is superb. The place is quiet which is a plus, too quiet that we were the only guests. Breakfast food was native and delicious. ”

”Only book the renovated rooms as the old ones are unliveable - no hot water and and aircon system from 1963. The new rooms are fine, just ok. Breakfast is poor. Note to management: sort out hot water in your renovated rooms so it’s consistent and dramatically improve breakfast to a level you’d eat yourself and you will make more money. Lovely staff, decrepit property. ”
