”We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again.”

”This hotel is VERY run down. Multiple cars in the parking lot where people are sleeping. There was no breakfast, NO customer service, and loud patrons outside until 2 AM. The hotel carpets look as though they haven’t been cleaned in years. I would avoid this hotel like the plague.”

”This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. It was a difficult night and I didn't sleep well with nightmares of some kind of infestation crawling on me. Sorry to be dramatic.
