”Booked for 3 nights and paid to park. Left after 1 night & was not able to speak with anyone by the phone number provided despite many attempts. The woman @ the desk did not seem to care about my concerns, refused any refund for parking or the $45/day resort fee.

Learned a valuable lesson; look at lowest reviews 1st as many of the "Terrible"...

”Pool and breakfast were great. Smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night at 5am due to low battery. Unfortunately when we called the front desk and went to the front desk no one was there for a few minutes and then instead of staff replacing battery my husband was given a random battery found hoping it would work. I couldn't fall back asleep but thankfully my kids stayed asleep. Unfortunately we had to leave early in the morning that I was unable to address this situation otherwise the...

”The staff during our entire stay were helpful, professional and kind. The property was well maintained and the staff cleaning our room each day did an exceptional job. My only complaint is that the area around the pool near the chairs was at times filthy. There were numerous cigarette butts that were on the ground in the same place for our entire stay. That would not deter us from coming back to the property again. We love Holiday Inn and Suites Clearwater.”

”I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have.”

”Very beautiful property, very clean rooms and large rooms. Water bottles in the room, nice floors in the room…no carpeting, which I like. Pool area was clean but small.
