”Front desk was helpful! Room was typical and cleaning / room service was daily. Didn't get to the pool but was told it was heated. Breakfast was good / standard, my kids liked the waffles! ”

”Nice hotel at St.Petersburg. Friendly staff. Easy parking. Breakfast was typical american.The warm food was boiled egg and sausages. Different type of sausages on different days. Floor of the bathroom was a bit sticky. The toilet seat collar was not clean. Room was clean. Towels were changed and soap and shampoo were replenished daily. Coffee/Tea was available all the time. I would come again.”

”Staff is friendly, very family oriented, my children enjoyed it, currently the property is being renovated, but it wasn’t in our way or hindered our stay at the time. Love the access to the beach, drinks were good but a bit on the higher price,We did bring a cooler, ice was available and no issues about it from staff. Overall very relaxed, rooms were clean, beds were comfy.”

”Enjoyed our two night stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was pretty good. Took full advantage of the FREE laundry and local shuttle. The pool is small and didn’t had any pool towels available. The gym was decent. The room was well equipped and spacious. But the bed was horrible and pillows worse. ”

”Stayed here for Phillies Spring training. Location is great. Easy to get to ballpark and easy to get to the beach. Hotel was in pretty good condition and staff were very friendly. Our room was adequate. The bed was comfortable and the AC was good. The bathroom could use updating and maintenance (our sink drained slowly and the shower was in need of refurbishing). I used the gym. It was small but adequate for my needs. We didn't use the pool. The complimentary breakfast was good.”

”This hotel was listed here as exceptional but it is the exact opposite! Outdated, horrible beds, we found hair on our sheets, carpeting everywhere and the entire place smells like cigarette smoke and the elevators were disgusting. We slept horribly due to the loud noise from the expressway right next-door. And I mean LOUD and all night long! There are homeless people all over near the parking lot and there’s trash all over the parking lot as well. Breakfast was worthless. Never again holiday...
