”We visited this new hotel / time share villas during the beginning of the South African winter. Understandably, the insulation is not something that we have used to in Finland, but with air conditioner the temperature of the room was ok. The fuse of the air con just had to be fixed, which happened very quickly after our call to reception. The staff was very friendly and special thanks to kitchen (waiter + cook), who helped to get us some snacks just after the kitchen was closed.”

”The place is wonderful, the room was in front of the lake and it was modern. Big and beautiful pool, great breakfast and lot’s of activities at the resort. Valley of Waves was the best.”

”Staff courtesy was excellent the room was due refurbishment after we left. Shuttle was frequent to other resorts and shops. One concern is that you are not allowed in the palace”

”Experiência INCRÍVEL. O hotel é maravilhoso, staf absurdamente simpático, estrutura impecável, tudo muito limpo e organizado, comida EXCELENTE.. Sem falar nos games drives que foram um capitulo a parte, nosso ranger percorreu o parque inteiro e pudemos ver todos os big fives mais de uma vez. The room we were in was very spacious, it also included a sizeable bathtub. There are 60 something rooms in the lodge but they appear to be spread out as I only saw maybe a dozen which made the place very private.
