”For the price everything was great! Close to the shops and food. Would absolutely stay here again. Hot tub and gym next door was great. No complaints for the price.”

”The room I had was great. Clean, functional. And kitchen was perfect for my needs. I found the bed to be super comfortable. The parking is $20/night, added on if you want to park in the parkade of the lodge . The free outdoor parking is I’m guessing at the day lodge? Front desk service was limited during off season I guess, I never saw anyone there. I didn’t really mind that though. I do have to say the hot tubs are in desperate need of a clean. They were gross. 2 in dirt ring around the edge...

”We are pretty low key guests. The hotel has everything we needed to be comfortable. The staff is excellent. They are very receptive and everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. The staff make the hotel. The location is amazing and we will definitely stay again.”

”Well appointed and clean but quite a surprise this queen unit was a murphy bed. Mattress hard, pillows hard and this small room was very dark. Stayed at this condo hotel before and this was a disappointment. Although a great view of the ski hill it was where people gathered so very noisy at night - until 2 am on Saturday.”

”Room had everything including well appointed kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was so positive and helpful. One of the best locations. One of the hot tubs was closed but good thing it was not too busy. Highly recommend this place.”

”Very shabby room. Beaten up furniture, A very visible dirty box spring mattress ( why no cover?). Real advantage here are the ski lifts are easily accessible from lodge. I do object to paying >$360/night and being given a list of chores to do prior to leaving the hotel. Take garbage out, empty dishwasher, leave towels in the bath etc etc. Be prepared to be fined “if you leave the room in an untidy manner”. Oh and if you drive a bigger vehicle don’t even think about using the underground...
