”Staff was amazing, breakfast was ok. Clean rooms, beds were a little on the harder side, didn't sleep very well. Overall, I wouldn't single it out if we happened to be going through there again. ”

”Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was A LOT of noise from the street which made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast was a bit lacking in selection in comparison to other hotels we’ve been to. Food items were often not replenished and we had to ask for them.”

”No one was at front desk, I had to search for someone after standing there waiting to check-in after several minutes. Fridge didn't work, no TV remote, handicap room was NOT handicap bathroom accessible! Staff was friendly but always on their phones - very unprofessional. ”

”The room was clean and nice. However the staff gave my room keys to a couple and I was resting in my room when all the sudden people are trying to get into my room. When I got up and opened the door they were just as shocked as me. They showed me the keys they were given and sure enough it had my room number on it. They apologized and went back to the desk. Then when I went down to talk to the front desk they told me they never gave room keys to my room and went on and on about how it didn’t...

”When I arrived, there was a group of really rough looking individuals out in the parking lot. The front door of the entrance was broken. The glass was broken in one of the windows. It was not somewhere. I felt safe spending the night so I left the property. I would really appreciate a refund for my stay. This is really rough part of town and poorly maintained with beer, cans, and trash throughout the parking lot.”

”Dirty room floor. No coffee for breakfast on most days at 8 am. Breakfast bars for breakfast. Staff is invisible unless you shout for them. Stayed for more than a week and no linen change or any kind of room cleaning. Like a cargo trailer with a semi comfortable bed.”

”Staff was amazing but because Expedia messed up I was unable to stay there and had to sleep in the car cause you couldn’t get our reservation corrected”

”Was strictly microwave breakfast, but ample selection. Cereal, bagels, yogurt, muffins, coffee, etc. Very unique and tastefully restored building. Beautiful bar. Read the history of the building and watch the video of the restoration of a historic block. Considered it a privilege to stay.”
